On a personal level, the primary reason why I like to reside in a city is because of the lights. For the record, I am not afraid of the dark, but there is something in city lights that make me feel good about things.
Bogota is one of those cities that you won't think have so much lights to show off. It was known as a crime nest, but now it is starting to move out of that image and be what it really was supposed to be.
