Public transportation is one of the most important elements of a successful and progressive country. Easier access to roads and various transportation mediums is essential for successful trade and flow of money. This is why Colombia has requested the Inter-American Development Bank to lend them money for this and they were not turned down as the bank approved $10 million for the improvement of their public transportation.
