Civilization has become very advanced especially in the developed part of the world and people over there get used to things such material comfort, branded showrooms, malls, luxury cars and so on. But they certainly lack in something which is found more in the so called less developed parts of the world. This something could be one of the various things as the author of this story who spend a lifetime in US only to retire in Colombia
