You do not have to have a lot of money to enjoy Cartagena, Colombia. Sure you'll need money, but not that much in order to fully appreciate what this place has to offer.
For only $10 a day, you can already rent a place where you can stay in during your vacation. Yes, it is that cheap. So if you are on a tight budget, this one's for you.
