Living with the cost of living

The cost of living is almost always high, wherever you are in the world. It is so because labor cost is also adjusted to a certain level that is often not proportional to the cost of living. Hence, a lot of people who live in third world countries seek for greener pastures in more developed countries. They then send their earnings to their families in their mother country. Today, overseas contract workers (OCW) are considered as some countries biggest remittance drivers.
