Creator of the magical-real world of Macondo, one would surely wonder what it is that Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Colombian novelist, would have really made of this recent story in the newspaper.
When I see that a farmer who is located over in the northern state of Antioquia, ended up refusing the demands for protection money made by the leftist guerrillas, the rebels ended up herded about thirty five cows of his into a corral, only to discharge dynamite in their presence.
Some may call it a very evil, and very much a disgusting thing.
