Colombia's film industry is experiencing and exciting and marked growth from one or two national films each year in 1990's to a over a dozen released in 2007.
This growth is now only reflected by the large number of production but also in the quality of films. Colombiage, a contemporary Colombian arts group, believes international exposure of Colombian cinema is a important in bringing their culture to the world.
