Away from the buzzing crowd in south of Caribbean, San Andres, Old Providence and St. Catalina constitutes a province of Columbia. These mini archipelago is located outside the normal path of hurricanes known as the Colombian Basin.
Recent regulations about owning properties here make it difficult for non residents and even Colombians making the islands virtually untouched by the outside world and pollution.
